It's okay for things to NOT make sense sometimes...
It's okay for things to NOT make sense sometimes.
It’s normal for our brains to right away answer our own questions, though the answers aren’t true. When things add up , we feel comfortable . once we know all of the knowledge , we will move forward a lot easier. once we have answers, that is once we feel we will start process of acceptance then eventually we will learn to leaving behind and not feel the burden anymore.
I wont to give myself all my own answers. In doing this, I lived In reality swayed by my own fears, disfigurement, and interpretations, instead of just sit with the truth before me because it was. plenty of the time it's more uncomfortable for things to only simply not make sense than it is to feed ourselves inaccurate information.
I used to think, “oh well if he isn’t calling me, obviously he doesn’t care to talk to me,” or “oh she hasn’t talked to me in a month, she doesn’t value our friendship.” this type of habit leads us to other bad habits. this can be dangerous because the answers we give ourselves are often negative, not kind, and that we put ourselves in narratives where we don’t have the ability or value that we inevitably always have.
There is tons of beauty and tons of growth once we can adapt to seeing a situation for what it is, instead of what would make sense to us.
Sometimes the way people heal isn't going to any sense.
Sometimes the way people move forward is not going to make any sense.
Sometimes the way people cope is not going to make any sense.
