HOW TO HANDLE STRESS AND ANXIETY, IN EVERYDAY LIFE!
HOW TO HANDLE STRESS AND ANXIETY, IN EVERYDAY LIFE?
Everyone has some
problems, maybe some work deadline is running up, Mostly in college life, we
have to deal with multiple things like assignments, college events, and fests,
self-development, placement preparation, some projects, academic studies. So
students might be overwhelmed with all this and might get in the stress of
course if you’re sensible for all this and taking college time seriously, some
students might think we don’t feel any pressure in all this because of they are
good at time management and some don’t care at all so they don’t feel anything.
I am not saying don’t do fun but what’s more important is to focus on basic things.
So basically to fight
or I say to handle the stress first we have to find the main cause of stress.
Just sit in a somewhere quiet place and think about why I have so much stress,
which are the things causing me to fall into the phase of anxiety? When you
figured out what causing you stress and anxiety half of your problem is solved.
But don’t be happy here we still have to complete another half.
Let’s see the story of
Max here, Max is in college, he is kind of lazy, he avoids problems by ignoring
them but when you ignore work it’s not solved it’s just waiting for us at some
point in time. As he is in college he has to face all things which I mentioned earlier.
he usually tries to ignore his work so one day all his assignments, project
submission is due on the same day so he is not able to do all things at the
same time. He got stressed because of work, here this avoiding work is the main
problem for max. What we can do to solve this, we can use a to-do app to track
work deadlines and work accordingly. Doing work on time is the best solution in
this case.
Different age groups
have a different kinds of reasons for stress and anxiety. Most youngsters are
anxious about their future, they know everything but are not willing to do
anything. Adults are anxious about their job and money, Olders are anxious
about their families. Anxiety may come from the high use of social media as we
compare our life with others, as we all know social media is just a happy side
of the world. For this, I have tried 30-days social media detox and it helps
read my 30-days social media detox article here.
Some studies show that
your posture at work also matters in your healthy mental health.
People you work with,
hang out with, your surroundings also matter.
Learn
what triggers your anxiety.
I suggest reading a
book as it helps you to concentrate and gain some new life skills. Reading a
book is also a very good habit to clear, manage your thought process. Spend
some with yourself, set priorities, it will help you to manage your free time
and reduce stress.
Conclusion:
life can often be
challenging, and irrespective of how hard we attempt to be our feet, it often
brings us down. In hose moments, anxiety and stress tend to drown us in
worries, but we've to be told the way to depend upon ourselves and manage these
feelings properly. Recovery and healing take time, and they are often quite
challenging for all people. But, nothing feels better than visiting bed without
experiencing anxiety about what the longer term brings, and that’s why we want
to require better care of ourselves and ensure we understand our inner
frictions and conflicts.
