• Smile and find happiness in things.
• Do whatever you want.
• Use internet and watch fuuny things.
• Reborn yourself.
• Write down your feelings or tell it to someone who has close to you.
• Avoid over thinking.
• Stop living in the past.
• Do positive things to yourself.
